Joe Robertson MP Visits Network Ryde to Support Youth Services and Community Engagement
Joe Robertson, recently visited Network Ryde to meet with Bex, Jo, and Kaiya and learn more about the valuable work the award-winning youth service is doing in the community. The service, provided by Ryde Town Council, offers a welcoming and inclusive space for young people in school years 7 to 13, as well as those in home education.
During his visit, Joe had the opportunity to hear about Network Ryde’s broad range of activities, including drop-in sessions, cookery classes, allotment projects, and the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme. These activities are designed to engage young people, build life skills, and provide support in a safe and positive environment. Network Ryde is open six days a week and has become an essential resource for local youth, offering a varied and exciting programme of events.
