Joe Robertson MP recently hosted a roundtable in Parliament in association with Stamp Out Spiking, joined by Drinkaware, Diageo, AskAngela, PCCs, and leading national security and transport firms to raise awareness of spiking.
The roundtable also heard voices from academics at Cardiff University, who presented new data on the prevalence and impact of spiking across the UK.
Mr Robertson said, “It was a privilege to host an event in Parliament with Stamp Out Spiking. The roundtable focused on the victim’s journey, looking at evidence of where current systems are failing and exploring solutions to ensure victims and survivors receive the support, guidance and justice they deserve.”
