Joe Robertson recently visited Island Foods, a local family-run business, to meet with owner Steve Doe and discuss the various challenges businesses are facing on the Isle of Wight.

During the visit, Joe and Steve had an in-depth conversation about the hurdles that businesses on the island are currently experiencing, including rising costs, supply chain disruptions, and other economic pressures. Joe emphasized the importance of supporting local businesses, which are the backbone of the island's economy, and expressed his commitment to addressing the issues they face.

“It was great to catch up with Steve and hear first hand about the difficulties local businesses are encountering. Island Foods, like many other family-run businesses, plays a vital role in our community, and it's crucial that we continue to support them through these challenging times.”
