Joe Robertson MP recently visited Sage House to learn more about their Dementia Support network and attended a Parliamentary drop-in marking the launch of the newest Sage House Model in Sussex.
The visit provided an opportunity to hear about the work being done to improve access to information for care partners and how Sage House services are helping to deliver a better quality of life for those living with dementia.
Mr Robertson said, “It was a pleasure to visit Sage House and to hear about the incredible work being carried out to support people affected by dementia. Improving access to information and care not only benefits those living with the condition but also the families and partners who support them every day.”
