Local businesses and long-standing community spaces remain at the heart of Ryde, as demonstrated during a recent visit from Joe Robertson MP to Leo Leisure in Ryde.
Mr Robertson said, "I enjoyed meeting Erica and Adam from Leo Leisure in Ryde – and I even managed to call a line of Bingo! It was good to have a tour round and chat with the customers, many of whom are regulars going back decades. Leo Leisure also operates the Commodore Cinema above the bingo hall."
