Joe Robertson MP, joined the community at the Bembridge RNLI Lifeboat Open Day, celebrating the vital work of the lifeboat crew while highlighting the importance of coastal safety.
The event combined family fun with a serious message about the RNLI’s lifesaving role. Visitors enjoyed demonstrations, activities, and the opportunity to meet local volunteers who dedicate their time to protecting lives at sea.
"It was fantastic to see so many people supporting our local RNLI crew," said Mr. Robertson. "Events like this are a great way to bring the community together while raising awareness of the critical work the RNLI does to keep our coastline safe."
